Wind Mitigations
A wind mitigation inspection examines the overall roof structure and opening protection of the home to help the insurance company understand how vulnerable the property is to wind damage. This inspection is typically required by insurance companies and is good for five years.
Four Point Inspections
A Four- Point insurance inspection is used to evaluate the major systems of the home. The HVAC system, electrical system, plumbing system and the roof covering. During a Four-Point inspection the following is documented for each system: Estimated age, condition, safety hazards and any active leaks.
