Hi, I'm Steve Ziccardi, veteran owner and operator of Good 2 Go Home Inspections LLC. I have been a home inspector and mold assessor here in Southwest Florida for many years performing thousands of paid residential, commercial, insurance, and mold inspections. 

Prior to becoming a certified home inspector and mold assessor, I gained a great deal of knowledge and experience working in construction as a carpenter/craftsman for over 20 years here in SWFL. As an inspector, this has given me the ability to comprehend and fully assess observations uncovered at the time of the inspections.
